Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
Documentation & Proposals
• Draft, format, and maintain high-quality business proposals, decks, and
technical documents
• Build and manage a structured repository of project evidences, records, and
progress artefacts for internal reviews and external audits
• Ensure version control, confidentiality, and traceability across all critical
documents
Project & Stakeholder Management
• Manage internal and external cross-functional projects by tracking project
schedules, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies
• Maintain risk registers, drive mitigation actions, and resolve issues through
structured problem-solving and stakeholder alignment
Reporting & Leadership Support
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and executive
summaries for leadership
• Track KPIs, highlight deviations, and surface actionable insights
Process Optimization
• Study current workflows across functions and identify gaps, redundancies, and
improvement areas in coordination with various business processes
• Partner with leadership to design and roll out optimization plans and standard
operating procedures
Quality & Compliance (ISO 9001)

• Drive ISO 9001 activities including internal audits, documentation control, non-
conformance tracking, and corrective/preventive actions

• Coordinate with functional owners to ensure compliance readiness at all times
• Support continual improvement initiatives aligned with the Quality
Management System

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or related discipline
(aerospace/mechanical preferred)
• Strong understanding of manufacturing and engineering workflows in a space
technology context
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint; strong working
knowledge of Excel
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve issues through
structured problem-solving
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Hands-on exposure to ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 standards, including internal audits
and compliance activities
• Demonstrated experience working within a Quality Management System (QMS),
including documentation control, non-conformance handling, and CAPA processes
Preferred
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, or equivalent)
• MBA, PMP or equivalent project management certification
