Key Responsibilities
- Supervision: Directs daily work activities, assigns tasks, and tracks team progress.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforces safety codes, ensures proper use of safety gear, and resolves on-site hazards.
- Communication: Acts as the main link between field workers and upper management.
- Resource Management: Monitors material inventory, requests tools, and manages equipment usage.
Skills and Qualifications
- Leadership: Strong ability to lead, motivate, and train crew members.
- Technical Knowledge: Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Problem-Solving: Quick decision-making to fix delays, equipment failures, or labor shortages.
- Experience: High school diploma plus several years of hands-on trade or construction experience.
