Material Planning Executive - Mumbai (Govandi – East) / Karjan (Vadodara)
Job Description:
- Prepare BOM, BOQ & Job Cards as per engineering drawings.
- Plan and calculate raw material requirements for production.
- Generate Purchase Requisitions and update ERP.
- Monitor material consumption and optimize inventory.
- Coordinate with Design, Production, Purchase & Stores teams.
- Update BOM/Job Cards based on drawing revisions.
- Ensure timely material availability for smooth production.
- Prepare daily and monthly material planning reports.
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 8–15 years in manufacturing
- Mechanical graduate preferred
- Strong BOM & BOQ preparation experience
- ERP (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)
- Experience coordinating with Design, Production, Purchase, and Stores
- Exposure to fabrication, process equipment, pressure vessels, tanks, or heavy engineering
- Comfortable reading engineering drawings
- Experience in material consumption analysis and job card preparation
