Job Brief
We are looking for a skilled Accounts Manager to lead our finance team and manage all day-to-day accounting operations. You will ensure accurate financial records, handle compliance, and support business growth through clear reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Operations: Manage end-to-end accounting, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Reconciliations: Perform regular bank and vendor account reconciliations.
- Month-End Close: Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes and prepare financial statements.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with local tax laws and statutory filings (such as GST and TDS where applicable).
- Audits: Coordinate with internal and external auditors for smooth review cycles.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor junior accounting staff.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (CA / CPA or semi-qualified is a plus).
- Experience: 3 to 8+ years of proven experience in a core accounting or management role.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in ERP tools and accounting software like Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or Zoho Books.
- Excel Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial dashboards).
