Role Summary

The Guest Relation Executive is responsible for creating a warm and welcoming experience for every customer visiting the showroom. The role involves greeting customers, offering refreshments, coordinating with the sales team, and ensuring a pleasant customer journey throughout their visit.

KRA: Task / Activities

• Welcome customers with a warm smile and professional greeting.
• Offer coffee, tea, juice, or other refreshments to customers.
• Understand customer requirements and guide them to the appropriate sales consultant.
• Maintain the reception and customer waiting area in a neat and presentable manner.
• Ensure customers receive timely assistance during their showroom visit.

KPI: Performance Metrics

• Customer satisfaction and positive visitor experience.
• Timely greeting and assistance for every walk-in customer.
• Cleanliness and presentation of the reception area.
• Professional communication and grooming standards.
• Coordination with the sales team for seamless customer service.
