Senior Corporate Sales Executive

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Senior Corporate Sales Executive with a strong background in the Corporate Gifting industry. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, and relationship management. This role requires frequent visits to corporate clients across Chennai and occasional outstation travel to generate new business opportunities, achieve sales targets, and strengthen long-term client relationships.

KRA: Task / Activities

• Identify and acquire new corporate clients through field visits and networking.
• Generate qualified leads and convert them into long-term business opportunities.
• Meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Present corporate gifting solutions and customized product offerings to clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
• Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, order execution, and timely deliveries.
• Conduct regular market research to identify new business opportunities and competitor activities.
• Travel within Chennai and, if required, to other cities for client meetings and business development.

KPI: Performance Metrics

• Monthly sales revenue achieved.
• Number of new corporate accounts acquired.
• Lead conversion ratio.
• Client retention and repeat business.
• Achievement of assigned sales targets.
• Customer satisfaction and timely follow-ups.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Preferred skills

• Experience in Office Supplies, Printing, Branding or Signage industry.
• Knowledge of corporate procurement processes.
• Ability to prepare proposals and quotations.
• Valid two-wheeler/four-wheeler driving license preferred.
