Job Description:
- Willingness to work in night shifts
- HR generalist role including recruitment for eRetail BPO
- Handling the end-to-end recruitment cycle from understanding the job requirement from business to ensuring quality sourcing, interviewing candidates and on-boarding the candidate.
- Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures.
- Recommend strategies to motivate employees.
- Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
- Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
- Manage the organizations employee database and prepare reports.
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
- Provide HR Policy guidance and interpretation and facilitate employee engagement processes

- Ability to perform under pressure and meet targeted deadlines, attention to detail.
- High integrity and commitment.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) & interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team setting in a fast paced environment.
