HR Generalist - Night Shift - Sat Sun Off - Male Candidate Only

Job Description:

• Willingness to work in night shifts
• HR generalist role including recruitment for eRetail BPO
• Handling the end-to-end recruitment cycle from understanding the job requirement from business to ensuring quality sourcing, interviewing candidates and on-boarding the candidate.
• Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures.
• Recommend strategies to motivate employees.
• Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
• Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
• Manage the organizations employee database and prepare reports.
• Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
• Provide HR Policy guidance and interpretation and facilitate employee engagement processes

• High integrity and commitment.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) & interpersonal skills.
