About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager – Credit Administration Officer to support the Commercial Finance Credit team by ensuring effective credit administration, credit risk management, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in credit analysis, financial statement analysis, credit ratings, legal documentation, and portfolio risk management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct periodic customer risk reviews and support credit risk assessment.
  • Perform financial spreading and financial statement analysis.
  • Prepare Credit Appraisal Memorandums (CAM) and credit memos.
  • Generate internal credit ratings using the organization's credit rating models.
  • Review customer financials and assess repayment capacity.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Risk, Legal, Operations, and other stakeholders for credit approvals.
  • Ensure complete and accurate loan and security documentation.
  • Maintain customer documentation and legal document repositories.
  • Monitor compliance with internal credit policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform post-disbursement documentation reviews.
  • Prepare MIS reports, portfolio reports, and management dashboards.
  • Identify documentation gaps and coordinate with internal teams for closure.
  • Support Credit Managers during approval presentations.
  • Ensure timely completion of credit administration activities within SLA.
 

Eligibility

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 9–13 years of relevant experience in Credit Administration/Credit Operations/Credit Risk.
  • Experience in Banking, NBFC, Financial Services, Audit, or Commercial Finance.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Candidates must currently reside in Mumbai, Jaipur, or Delhi.
  • Must have own residence or parental residence in the preferred location.
  • Willingness to work Night Shift.
  • Comfortable working in a Work From Home (WFH) setup.
