Job Description:
- Quality Control Systems: Design inspection protocols, testing plans, and metrics for production workflows.
- Auditing & Compliance: Conduct routine internal reviews and maintain compliance with standards like ISO 9001.
- Problem Solving (CAPA): Lead root-cause investigations for product defects using tools like FMEA and the 5 Whys.
- Data Analysis: Use statistical process control (SPC) and software tools to track quality performance and reduce waste.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with R&D, manufacturing, and suppliers to build quality into new products from early development
