We are hiring for OPEX Procurement Executive

Job Description:

Role Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Executive – Opex Procurement to join our Procurement team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end operational procurement process, ensuring timely purchase order creation, order processing, GRN management, and coordination with internal stakeholders and vendors. This role reports directly to the Procurement Head and is ideal for candidates looking to build a career in procurement and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and process Purchase Orders (POs) accurately as per approved purchase requisitions.
• Handle order punching and ensure timely processing of procurement requests.
• Coordinate with vendors to track order status and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Manage Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) and ensure timely system updates.
• Maintain procurement records, purchase documentation, and vendor communications.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure procurement requirements are fulfilled efficiently.
• Resolve discrepancies related to purchase orders, invoices, deliveries, and GRNs.
• Support the Procurement Head in day-to-day procurement operations and process improvements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations.
• Hands-on experience in Purchase Order creation, order punching, GRN processing, and procurement documentation.
• Good knowledge of procurement workflows and vendor coordination.

Working Day: 6 Days working (2 Saturdays Off)

Working Time: 9am-6pm
