Position: HR Executive

Location: Kalyan, Mumbai. 

Experience: 3+ Years

Working Days: 6 Days

Work Timings: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Gender Preference: No preference

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Executive who can independently manage end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of recruitment, employee management, compliance, and HR processes, along with the ability to coordinate effectively with factory staff and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding of employees.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Handle attendance management and related HR operations.
• Coordinate with factory staff and ensure smooth HR support at the workplace.
• Implement and manage HR policies and procedures.
• Handle employee relations and address employee queries and concerns.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and maintain necessary records.
• Support day-to-day HR activities and contribute to improving HR processes.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experienced HR professional with the ability to work independently.
• Strong understanding of HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and statutory compliance.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple HR activities efficiently.
