Engineer - Electrical
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Execute electrical projects, plant modifications, and commissioning activities.
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of HT/LT systems, MCCs, VFDs, PLCs, transformers, DG sets, UPS, motors, and electrical panels.
Prepare SLDs, BOQs, cost estimates, and technical documentation.
Monitor power consumption, maintain power factor, and optimize electrical load.
Manage electrical spares, consumables, and inventory.
Ensure compliance with CEA regulations, electrical safety standards, ISO, and OHS requirements.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for maintenance and project execution.
Conduct equipment inspections, audits, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
Implement TPM, 5S, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of HT/LT electrical systems, VFDs, PLCs, and power distribution.
Experience in project execution, maintenance planning, and statutory compliance.
Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and coordination skills.
