We are looking for a Female HR Professional with strong experience in the Automotive Industry to join our HR team at Manesar.

Position: Assistant Manager – HR Generalist

📍 Location: Manesar, Haryana
💰 CTC: Up to ₹6 LPA
🎓 Qualification: Any Graduate

🏭 Industry: Automotive – Mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day HR Generalist activities and employee lifecycle management.

• Manage attendance, leave, HR documentation and employee records.

• Support recruitment, onboarding and joining formalities.

• Handle employee engagement and grievance management.

• Coordinate with departments for manpower planning and HR requirements.

• Support performance management and HR policies.

• Handle HR MIS, reports and documentation.

• Assist in statutory compliance and labour-related activities.

• Support training, employee welfare and HR initiatives.

• Ensure smooth implementation of HR processes at the plant/location.

Candidate Profile:

• Any Graduate with relevant HR experience.

• Female candidates only.

• Automotive industry experience is mandatory.

• Strong knowledge of HR Generalist activities.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to independently handle plant/office HR responsibilities.

• Candidates from automotive manufacturing/OEM/Tier-1/Tier-2 organizations will be preferred.
