Job Description:

1)Responsible for Managing service operations in the assigned State / Area

2) Critical issues analysis and raise technical support request 3) Service KPI monitoring, analysis & improvements implementation - Dealer KPI, Service Quality KPI, MTTR, Response time 4) Dealer Development 5) Competitor benchmarking & market intelligence gathering 6) GOEM Visit & Development 7) Key customer to visit - Telecom, Railways, Banking sectors 8) New Channel readiness of assigned State/ Area 9) Conduct On the Job training for Service Engineers and Dealer Service managers Qualification : Diploma / B.E (Electrical / Automobile)
