Job Purpose
Responsible for process quality management of Camera Module manufacturing, establishing process quality control systems, continuously improving yield, reducing defects, and ensuring compliance with customer requirements and quality management systems.
Major Responsibilities
- Process Quality Control: Control Plan, SIP, SPC, Cp/Cpk monitoring, process audit, line monitoring.
- Yield Improvement: Support process engineer to Improve yield and scrap r
- Quality Improvement: Lead NCR, CAR, CAPA, Quality Alert and cross-functional improvement activities.
- Quality Documentation: Maintain Control Plan, SIP, Inspection Standards and quality records.
- NPI Support: Trial Run, Pilot Run, Process Validation, Golden Sample, FAI, APQP and PPAP support.
- Quality Tools: SPC, MSA, PFMEA, APQP, PPAP, DOE, Six Sigma, 7 QC Tools.
- Audits: Process Audit, Product Audit, LPA, Internal Audit.

- Camera Assembly
- Function Testing
- OQC
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Camera Module Assembly and Testing
- Experience with Automotive products
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 (Automotive products).
- Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
Other Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Engineering, Science, or other related technical fields.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in automotive camera development or manufacturing, with a good understanding of automotive camera manufacturing processes and quality management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (PPT).
- Good English reading, writing, and communication skills, with the ability to use English for daily work communication and quality-related discussions.
- Strong quality awareness, problem-solving and analytical skills, and good cross-functional communication and coordination abilities.
