Job Description:
Role Overview
The Area Service Engineer will manage service operations across the assigned territory. The role is responsible for service quality, critical-issue escalation, dealer development, KPI improvement, customer engagement, channel readiness, and technical training.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day service operations across the assigned area.
- Analyse critical technical issues and raise appropriate support requests.
- Monitor dealer performance, service quality, response time, and repair turnaround time.
- Implement corrective actions to improve service KPIs.
- Develop dealer capability and assess new-channel readiness.
- Visit key customers across major institutional and infrastructure sectors.
- Gather market intelligence and benchmark competitor service practices.
- Conduct on-the-job training for service engineers and dealer service managers.
