Chartered Accountant (CA)- Audit

Job Description:

We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in financial reporting, statutory audits, taxation, and compliance. Prior exposure to listed companies and Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review Restated Financial Statements (RFS) in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
• Handle financial reporting and ensure compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS).
• Conduct or assist in the statutory audit of listed companies.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting, taxation, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and review financial statements, schedules, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and other stakeholders during audits and financial reviews.
• Assist in resolving accounting, audit, and compliance-related matters.
• Keep updated with changes in accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
• Minimum 2+ years of relevant post-qualification experience.
• Practical experience in preparing Restated Financial Statements (RFS).
• Experience in the audit of listed companies.
• Strong knowledge and practical application of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS).
• Good understanding of Direct Tax and Indirect Tax (GST).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
