Hiring: Vendor Relationship Executive / E-commerce Executive – Goregaon

Job Description:

We are looking to hire a Marketplace Operations & Vendor Success Executive for our e-commerce marketplace

This is a business-critical role that will act as the bridge between our vendors, internal teams and marketing initiatives. We are looking for someone who is proactive, highly organized and capable of independently managing multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Onboarding new vendors onto the Smazing marketplace.
• Training vendors on using the Seller Back Office and assisting them in listing and managing their products.
• Acting as the primary relationship manager for vendors and resolving their day-to-day operational queries.
• Coordinating with vendors to obtain high-quality product images, descriptions, pricing, specifications and other catalogue information.
• Working closely with our Social Media Consultant to arrange product photographs, promotional creatives, campaign assets and product information required for social media content.
• Coordinating with vendors for discounts, promotional campaigns and festive offers.
• Ensuring product listings meet quality standards and are marketplace-ready.
• Following up with vendors for pending actions, catalogue updates and promotional participation.
• Coordinating internally with Customer Support, Technology, Finance, Marketing and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitoring vendor performance and assisting management with periodic reports and operational updates
