Detailed Engineering- Instrumentation Project

Job Description:

●       
Review & preparation of instrument index,
instrument IO list.
●       
Review/preparation of Instrument datasheet,
instrument sizing & selection review, DCS/PLC technical review,
preparation of TCS & ordering of instrument.
●       
Online RFI & follow-up with vendors for
technical offer submission of field instruments, DCS/PLC & other bulk
items (Cable, trays, fittings, etc).
●       
Review of vendor documents engineering
documents, GAD, look-up drawing & supporting instrument-lead for detail
engineering.
●       
Preparation of cable schedule, JB schedule
& BOM for construction items.
●       
Loop checking from field as well as DCS side,
Instruments configuration & calibration.
●       
Instrument installation as per standards,
Configuration and commissioning.

Training to contractors manpower and
technicians.
