We are hiring for Inside Sales / Operations Executive

Job Description:

Role Summary

We are looking for an Inside Sales / Operations Executive to support our IT hardware sales and operations function. The role will involve coordinating with customers, preparing quotations, sourcing IT hardware from OEMs and vendors, tracking orders and deliveries, following up on payments, and handling day-to-day operational activities.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a strong understanding of customer coordination, and an interest in working in the IT Hardware / IT System Integration industry. This is an office-based role with no field sales responsibility and no individual sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle Inside Sales activities and coordinate with customers regarding their requirements.
• Prepare and send quotations to customers.
• Coordinate with OEMs for sourcing required IT hardware/material.
• Follow up with OEMs and vendors to ensure timely availability of materials.
• Coordinate with customers and relevant parties to ensure timely delivery.
• Follow up with customers for pending payments.
• Maintain regular communication and coordination with customers, OEMs, and vendors.
• Handle other miscellaneous activities related to sales and operations as required.
• This is an office-based role with no field work.
• No sales targets are applicable for this role.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Preferably a Graduate in any discipline.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Good coordination and follow-up skills.
• Prior experience in IT Hardware, IT System Integration, IT Products, OEM/Distributor coordination, or related industries will be preferred.
• Experience in Inside Sales, Sales Coordination, or Operations within the IT Hardware / IT System Integration industry will be preferred.

Job Timing: 10 am to 6.15 pm, Saturday upto 3 p.m

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Saturday half day)
