Job Description:
A General Manager (GM) and Deputy General Manager (DGM) oversee business operations, budgets, and staff. The GM holds ultimate unit accountability, while the DGM supports leadership, shares the workload, and manages operations during the GM's absence.
Key Responsibilities
- Operations: Run daily business tasks and improve workflow efficiency.
- Finance: Build, monitor, and control departmental budgets and profit goals.
- Leadership: Supervise, train, and guide lower-level managers and staff.
- Strategy: Plan and execute long-term company goals.
- Compliance: Ensure all local laws, safety rules, and company policies are met.
Requirements & Skills
- Experience: Several years in progressive management or operations.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Skills: Strong decision-making, budgeting, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
