Purpose

Generate new business through field sales and achieve sales targets.

Generate new business opportunities through field visits, industrial area visits, cold calling, and customer references.

Visit OEMs, panel builders, crane manufacturers, system integrators, and end users.

Identify decision-makers and key contacts.

Understand customer requirements and provide technical/commercial solutions.

Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.

Prepare and follow up quotations.

Negotiate and convert enquiries into orders.

Maintain relationships with existing customers.

Generate repeat business and upselling opportunities.

Collect competitor and market information.

Plan daily/weekly sales visits.

Maintain CRM/MIS and visit reports.

Coordinate with internal departments for order execution.

Generate customer references/testimonials.

Attend exhibitions and customer events.

Submit weekly/monthly reports.

Manage travel plans and expenses.

Maintain professional conduct.

Update product and market knowledge.

Criteria

Requirement

Education

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or MBA (Marketing)

Salary

3.60 LPA

Experience

1–3 years in B2B Field Sales

Willing to travel extensively

License

Two-wheeler & Driving Licence preferred
