2. AI / Data Engineer Location - Mumbai Background Education ● Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related technical background preferred ● Strong practical AI builders preferred over purely research-focused candidates Past Experience ● 2–6+ years in AI/ML/data engineering ● Experience building production AI systems preferred ● Experience with LLMs, RAG systems, vector databases, or AI infrastructure strongly preferred ● Experience in fintech, knowledge systems, recommendation systems, or search/retrieval systems is a major plus Skills AI/LLM Systems ● RAG architecture ● Embeddings and vector databases ● LLM orchestration ● Prompt engineering and Agentic actions ● AI evaluation frameworks ● Retrieval and reranking systems ● Hallucination reduction and grounding systems Data Engineering ● Python ● ETL/data pipelines ● Structured and unstructured data processing ● Document ingestion systems ● APIs and integrations ● Database management Infrastructure ● Familiarity with OpenAI/Anthropic/Gemini APIs ● Vector DBs (Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, etc.) ● LangChain/LlamaIndex or equivalent frameworks ● Cloud infrastructure familiarity Key Responsibilities ● Build AI intelligence layer  ● Develop RAG systems using research and financial data ● Build contextual portfolio intelligence systems ● Create AI-powered recommendation and insight workflows ● Develop webpage/document understanding pipelines for browser extension/widget ● Build ingestion and retrieval systems for structured/unstructured financial content ● Improve AI accuracy, grounding, and personalization ● Design scalable AI architecture for future agentic capabilities ● Support future advisor copilots and investor intelligence system
