Role & responsibilities Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams Understand client requirements for branding, fabrication, and installation Handle project planning, timelines, and delivery commitments Execution follow up. Handle client queries, complaints, and ensure quick resolution Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and installers Aligning with Production team, so no material dispatch without quality check. Track project progress and ensure timely completion Understanding Modes of measurement for making estimates of work executed at sites - provided to Accounts team for Billing.   Preferred candidate profile Bachelor’s degree in any field (BBA or MBA in operations or Retail Management preferred) 2 - 4 years of experience in Client Servicing / Project Coordination (preferably in corporate Signage, Branding, Advertising, or Retail Projects) Strong communication and client handling skills Strong follow-up and multitasking skills
