Position:    Sr. Executive - HR

Location:      Mumbai

Experience:  10 - 12 Years

Industries:   Packaging 

Responsibilities:        

• Partner closely with the Founders to understand organizational vision and rapidly translate ideas into scalable HR frameworks and policies.
• Act as a buffer and strategic sounding board, aligning team structures and hiring targets with business milestones
• Lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for lateral, managerial, and niche roles, ensuring candidates align with the founders  core values and culture.
• Design and execute a high-impact onboarding experience that introduces new hires to the company’s history and mission.
• Conceptualize and execute engagement initiatives that preserve an agile, collaborative growth-stage culture.
• Design and manage performance appraisal cycles, helping founders define clear KPIs and SMART goals for evolving roles.
• Manage Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) and talent retention strategies with high emotional intelligence.
• Actively identify skill gaps, design and directly facilitate internal soft-skill and culture workshops and manage external vendors for specialized technical training
• Oversee daily HR operations, including HRMS management, employee documentation, and confirmation processes.          

Required Skills:

• Comfortable with ambiguity, self-driven and capable of building structured HR processes where none exist
• Good written and verbal communication
• Strong interpersonal skills

Required Qualification: - BBA/MBA - HR 

Salary :- Upto 8.00 LPA
