Purpose & Scope of Job:

The Operations Manager oversees all aspects of the catering operations, ensuring efficient service, quality standards, and customer satisfaction. This role requires strategic planning, team management, and operational oversight to deliver exceptional catering services.

• Ensuring Operations of the unit
• Ensuring sufficient manpower are placed
• Ensuring quality food preparation & service
• Ensuring welfare including uniform & medical tests of employees
• Handling Compliances
• Ensuring attendance maintenance & timely salary disbursement
• Ensure safe work place all the time
• Ensuring that food services are maintained as per the service agreement
• Raising of invoices and payment collection
• Ensuring cordial relation with client at all times
• Ensuring that all the norms set by company is ensured in SAP, HRMS etc
• Ensuring all employees wear HSE tools
• Ensuring correct accounting methods
• Optimization of production by eliminationof wages and revenue leakages

Experience and Commitment

• Working exp 7+ years in the Food Industry.

Qualification & Skills

• Graduate in catering.
• Decision-making skills
• Excellent communication skills with Customers, Client, Colleagues and Team Members
• Strong financial understanding and demonstrable budgetary control and results orientated.
• Strong Knowledge in MS Office
