Job Description:
Responsible for the entire employee life cycle
Would be the face of HR & Management on the Floor
Interaction & Co-od with Employees / Team Leaders / Managers.
SPOC for a Team Size of 120 to 250 employees.
• Responsibilities would be,
o Team Meetings.
o Skip Level one on one Meetings
o Employee Grievance
o Coaching & Counseling
o Issue Resolution
o Performance Management
o Organization wise Events & Activities
o Tie up’s external Vendors (Food / CSR / Entertainment etc
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
Candidates with Business Hr / Operations Hr experience Min 1-2years with any BPO's or ITES companies preferred
