Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced relationship-management professional to drive business growth within the large and mid-corporate lending segment. The role is responsible for acquiring new clients, expanding the existing portfolio, managing credit and portfolio risks, and strengthening relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and pursue business-development opportunities across the large and mid-corporate segment.
- Acquire new clients through prospecting, lead generation, needs assessment, and solution-based engagement.
- Deliver assigned sales, portfolio-growth, and profitability targets.
- Build long-term client relationships and identify relevant cross-selling opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitive offerings, and emerging business opportunities.
- Review client performance and proactively identify portfolio or financial risks.
- Coordinate with risk, operations, and other teams to improve turnaround times and resolve escalations.
- Maintain accurate MIS and periodic reports covering sales, disbursements, portfolio quality, and productivity.
