Position: Chartered Accountant (CA)
Location: Mumbai
Working Days: 5 Days
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Experience: Minimum 5 Years

Role Overview

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with minimum 5 years of relevant experience and strong exposure to Corporate Finance, Direct Tax and Indirect Tax.

The ideal candidate should have experience in a corporate environment. Candidates currently working with or having prior experience in a CA Firm will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee Direct Tax and Indirect Tax matters.
• Handle tax compliance, assessments, audits and related documentation.
• Ensure timely filing and compliance with applicable tax regulations.
• Provide support on taxation-related matters and business requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, consultants and tax authorities.
• Review financial and tax-related reports and ensure accuracy.
• Support management with tax planning and regulatory compliance.
• Handle statutory and tax audits as required.

Requirements

• CA qualification is mandatory.
• Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong experience in both Direct Tax & Indirect Tax – mandatory.
• Prior Corporate exposure is mandatory.
• Candidates with CA Firm experience will be preferred.
• Good knowledge of accounting, taxation and statutory compliance.
• Strong analytical, communication and coordination skills.
