Qualification: MBA/BE/Any Graduate
Experience: 17+ years
Work location: near Chandani chowk in Pune

Organization Structure
• All sales and pre-sales teams across project sites report to the VP-Sales
• VP sales reports to C.M.O. Sales and Marketing
• C.M.O. Sales and Marketing reports to Director Sales and Marketing.

Main Responsibilities – The key responsibility is to achieve the revenue target for every project while managing the team and executing the business plan. The incumbent will set and manage the systems and processes in addition to providing customer insights.

1. Present business plans and review metrics for every project at the start of the financial year to define revenue goals for the respective project and self.
2. Present the quarterly sales revenue goals for every project at the start of every quarter and a plan to achieve those goals with budgets and clear specific asks.
3. Ensure walk ins, unit and revenue sales are achieved on every site.
4. Review and present the plan vs. achievement analysis and a gap coverage plan every week for each project.
5. Acquire new customers and maintain relations with all existing partners to achieve business goals.
6. Conduct review meetings with the sales teams on every site atleast once a week.
7. Document the minutes of all the meetings and take corrective action when required.
8. Help the sales team on floor to close potential deals by negotiating with the clients.
9. Periodic training of all new and existing team members.
10. Present weekly reports as per agreed review metrics.
11. Assist sales teams on floor to close deals on floor by negotiating with clients.
12. Ensure all enquiry forms and booking forms are filled up completely and correctly and submitted on time by the floor teams.
13. Ensure all booking forms are submitted further only after approval by the VP sales.
14. Ensure daily follow up targets are set for the pre-sales and sales teams and the targets are achieved.
15. Review the pre-sales team’s performance on a fortnightly basis.
16. Train the pre-sales teams periodically.
17. Ensure a best in class on site experience by taking complete ownership of the site upkeep. Coordinate with the respective admin staff on every site to execute the site upkeep.
18. Ensure customers are attended on time and the complete brand and project story is presented. Ensure all marketing collaterals are available on site and presented to customers.
19. Respond to customers on time and provide complete and correct information either in writing or in person as requested.
20. Ensure a structured and documented interaction with other departments to meet business goals.
21. Work closely with the marketing team to plan and review business goals in a structured and timely manner.
22. Provide relevant customer, campaign and product feedback to the marketing team.
23. Ensure all marketing collaterals are available on site and on time.
24. Assist the CRM team for timely registrations and collections of outstanding.
25. Ensure all systems and processes are implemented and followed.
