Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to create professional marketing and product-related designs for our disposable surgical and medical products. The candidate will be responsible for developing product catalogs, packaging artwork, brochures, social media creatives, advertisements, presentations, and other visual communication materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Design product catalogs, brochures, flyers, leaflets, posters, and company profiles.
• Create packaging, labels, stickers, and product artwork for disposable surgical products.
• Develop social media posts, banners, digital advertisements, and website graphics.
• Prepare product images and promotional creatives for medical and surgical products.
• Maintain consistent company branding across all marketing materials.
• Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and product teams to understand design requirements.
• Prepare print-ready artwork and coordinate with printing vendors when required.
• Edit product photographs, remove backgrounds, resize images, and perform basic photo retouching.
• Ensure accuracy of product names, specifications, sizes, SKUs, and other information used in designs.
• Make design revisions based on feedback and deliver work within deadlines.
• Maintain organized files of artwork, templates, product images, and brand assets.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and CorelDRAW.
• Knowledge of InDesign will be an advantage.
• Good understanding of typography, colors, layouts, and branding.
• Knowledge of print design, CMYK, resolution, bleed, and print-ready files.
• Basic photo editing and product-image manipulation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Experience

Experience in medical devices, disposable surgical products, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, hospital supplies, or manufacturing will be preferred.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Relevant practical experience may be considered in place of formal qualifications.
