Job Description:

RELATIONSHIP  MANAGER

Location : Kolkata, Ranchi, Mumbai, Jamsedpur

Requirements:

• Should have Geographical Knowledge of West Bengal  
• Good communication Skills ( English , Hindi )   
• Open to travel across WB
• Recruitment of Advisors ( ARN & Non-ARN) & also have a client base
• Qualification - Any Graduation and NISM - VA ( AMFI ) certified
• CTC – 4 – 5 LPA
• Experience – 3+ yrs

Broader Roles and Responsibilities:

• Direct Customers / Associates Handling
• Handling team members and supervising them to meet the targets
• Cross-selling of Financial Products
• Selling of various Financial Products - MF, Fixed Deposit, Bonds, life insurance, General Insurance, Equity Stock Broking.
• Handling portfolio of HNI clients
• Prime focus on Income Generation to reach a breakeven point

Jamshedpur:

Candidates currently working with banks and selling financial products such as Mutual Funds and Insurance while being stationed at the bank (not on the bank's direct payroll) will be a good fit.
The role is completely B2C, with no B2B responsibilities.
Therefore, candidates must have a strong personal client base and the ability to generate and manage their own leads.

Ranchi:

Our first preference would be candidates from our competitor, PMPK.
Alternatively, candidates from banks with experience in selling financial products, similar to the Jamshedpur requirement, will also be suitable.
As with Jamshedpur, candidates should have a strong client base and proven lead-generation capability.
