HR Operations Manager - HVAC
Job Description:
Oversee all the day to day operational activities of the organization. Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth of the organization |
Ensures everyone adheres to company policy and administering practices in fair and equitable manner. |
Responsible for managing budget and controls expenses. |
Take daily reports from all the team mates. |
Takes corrective action as necessary on a timely basis and in accordance with company policy. Consults with Human Resources as appropriate. |
Ensures standards for quality and team mates’ performance are maintained. |
Be the input generator in all the policies and processes of the company where updates or changes are required. |
Perform hiring, termination and performance improvement duties in assistance with HR department. |
Support company-wide and team enhancing events, celebrations, display of successes, victories and overall company fun. |
Assist HR department at the time of Performance Appraisal and Increments. |
Responsible for conducting weekly review meeting with all the team mates and fortnightly meeting with MDs. |
