Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection activities.
  • Handle joining formalities, induction and employee documentation.
  • Maintain employee personal files, attendance and HR records.
  • Manage payroll inputs, leave, attendance and shift-related data.
  • Handle contract labour and manpower coordination.
  • Support statutory compliance related to PF, ESIC, PT, Bonus, Gratuity and Labour Laws.
  • Coordinate employee training, development and engagement activities.
  • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
  • Prepare HR MIS and various management reports.
  • Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, EHS and other departments for manpower requirements.
  • Ensure implementation of company HR policies, SOPs and procedures.
  • Support audits and maintain HR-related compliance documentation.
