Designation: HR Executive
 
Location: Fort, near Kala Ghoda & Dalal Street, Mumbai, Maharashtra
Experience: 2 - 5 Years
Department: Human Resources

Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day HR Operations and employee lifecycle activities.
• Manage Recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers and onboarding.
• Coordinate with Partners, employees, recruitment consultants and other Stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate Employee Records, HR trackers and HRMS data.
• Manage Attendance and leave records and provide inputs for payroll processing.
• Handle joining, confirmation, transfer, Exit Formalities and Full & Final Settlement.
• Support Employee Engagement initiatives, HR policies and internal communications.
• Address employee Queries and ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare HR MIS and reports as required.
• Maintain complete Confidentiality of employee and organisational information.
 
Education
Graduate in any discipline.
• An HR Qualification will be an added advantage.
 
Required Skills
2 - 5 years of experience as an HR Executive in HR Operations, Generalist HR or Recruitment.
• Experience working in a Law Firm or Professional Services organisation will be preferred.
• Good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Strong follow-up, attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
• Experience in using HRMS will be preferred.
