3D Visualizer

Role & Responsibilities
 Create high-quality 3D visualizations, renders, and walkthroughs for interior projects.
  Develop concepts and space designs for commercial and healthcare interiors.
  Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and project teams to understand design requirements.
 Prepare mood boards, material selections, and presentation drawings.
  Ensure designs are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and aligned with client requirements.
 Incorporate healthcare design considerations such as patient comfort, space planning, hygiene-friendly materials, and functionality.
  Modify and improve designs based on feedback from clients and management.
 Stay updated with current interior and healthcare design trends.

Requirements  Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
  2–5 years of experience in 3D interior designing.
 Basic to intermediate experience in healthcare/hospital projects preferred.
  Proficiency in software such as:
 AutoCAD
  SketchUp  3ds Max  V-Ray/Lumion  Photoshop
 Strong understanding of space planning, materials, lighting, and rendering.  Good communication and presentation skills. Preferred Skills
 Knowledge of hospital layouts and healthcare interior standards.
 Ability to create realistic walkthroughs and presentations.
