Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve project sales and revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to drive lead conversion and business growth.
- Build and manage strong relationships with brokers, channel partners, and real estate agents.
- Drive sales through an established network across Kolkata, Howrah, Liluah, and adjoining markets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, customer preferences, and business opportunities.
- Manage key client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Drive collection targets, ensure documentation as per SOPs, and coordinate with the CRM team.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Ensure adherence to sales processes, company policies, and SOPs.
Key Requirements
- Relevant experience in real estate sales within the Kolkata market.
- Hands-on experience in Liluah, Howrah, and surrounding areas is strongly preferred.
- Must have Strong local network of brokers/channel partners in the Howrah–Liluah market.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, sales analytics, and reporting.
