Social Media Executive

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
• Plan, create, and manage a content calendar showcasing the firm's projects, design philosophy, and completed works across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant platforms
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva AI, CapCut AI) to accelerate content ideation, visualisation, copywriting, and video/reel editing
• Design visually striking graphics, project reels, before-and-after renders, and carousel posts that reflect the firm's architectural identity and brand guidelines
• Write clear, professional, and engaging English copy for captions, project descriptions, and thought-leadership posts.
• Coordinate with Architects and Design teams to source high-quality project photography, renders, and 3D visuals for content
• Highlight design milestones, project handovers, site progress, awards, and firm achievements in a compelling visual narrative
• Manage LinkedIn presence to build the firm's professional reputation among clients, consultants, and industry stakeholders
• Track engagement, reach, and follower growth; prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights
• Monitor architecture/design industry trends, competitor firms, and relevant hashtags to keep content strategy current
• Support marketing team with content for company profile decks, brochures and exhibitions
• Coordinate with photographers, videographers, or agencies for project shoots when required
• Manage community engagement - respond to comments/messages in a professional, brand- appropriate tone

Requirements to Apply
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Social Media Executive/Specialist, preferably within the UAE or GCC region.
• Demonstrated proficiency in AI tools, graphic design software, and strong English writing/copywriting skills.
• Experience managing social media accounts for a professional services, real estate, or architecture/design firm is a plus
