Job Description:

Qualification: Diploma / BE in Mechanical
Experience: min 8 to 15 years in handling Turnkey projects for B2B from site measurement to final installation and handover for execution of Doors and Furniture.
Notice period: 15-30 days
Work location: Pune

Job Role Description:
Lead and manage turnkey projects from site measurement to final installation and handover, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, quality standards, and high client satisfaction. The role requires regular travel to all project sites for site surveys, progress reviews, vendor coordination, quality inspections, and client meetings to ensure seamless execution.
Act as the single point of contact between clients, vendors, site teams, and internal cross-functional departments (design, procurement, operations, finance). Drive schedule adherence, resource planning, and risk mitigation while maintaining documentation, reporting discipline, and process compliance.
Ensure proactive problem-solving on-site, minimize delays and cost overruns, manage vendor performance, and uphold safety and quality standards across locations. Build strong stakeholder relationships and ensure smooth project closure with complete documentation and handover.
