Job Description:

Position: MIS Executive
Department: MIS / Accounts & Administration
Location: Liluah, Howrah, West Bengal
Reporting To: Management / Department Head
Experience: 1–3 Years

Job Purpose

The MIS Executive will be responsible for collecting, consolidating, validating, and maintaining operational data from various departments and preparing accurate Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS reports for management review and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, consolidate, update, and maintain data received from various departments, including Production, Sales, Stores, Purchase, Dispatch, Accounts, and HR.
• Prepare and circulate Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS reports within defined timelines.
• Maintain systematic and accurate databases using MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Prepare reports comparing Production, Sales, Stock, Targets vs. Actuals, Dispatch, and other operational parameters.
• Identify and highlight variances, gaps, discrepancies, and unusual trends in operational data.
• Verify data received from different departments and ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Coordinate with concerned departments for timely submission, clarification, and correction of data.
• Maintain various operational trackers and management dashboards.
• Prepare department-wise and management-specific reports as required.
• Maintain proper documentation and records of MIS reports for future reference and analysis.
• Support management in preparing data summaries, comparative reports, trend analysis, and performance reports.
• Ensure confidentiality and integrity of company data.
• Perform any other MIS and reporting-related responsibilities assigned by management.
