Projects Mechanical For Pharma Company At Digwal (Telangana)

Job Description:

1. Supervision of project work for various process modification projects.

2. Preparation of estimates for Project work.

3. Preparation of Mechanical BOQ based on P&I diagram, equipment and piping layout drawings on computer aided designs.

4. Follow-up with Vendors & Contractors pertaining to Project work.

5. Inspection of engineering materials.

6. Ensure Safe working conditions and clean environmental practices.

7. Observe unsafe acts and conditions and take corrective & preventive actions immediately.

8. Impart EHS training to operators, helpers and contract workers.

9. Report any incident/accident/ near miss/ illness to the superiors.

10. Also responsible for the work of senior in the absence of senior.

11. Project Bills checking as per BOQ and certify the bill for accounting.

12. Commissioning the Equipment’s and handover to Production & EM for regular activity.

13. Supporting to Documentation team

Additional Details :

Qualification – Diploma / B.Tech (Mechanical) for Projects , B.Tech (Instrumentation/ Electrical for projects electrical

Working Timing – Rotational 8 hours i.e. A Shift (06:00 am – 02:00 pm), B Shift (02:00 pm – 11:00 pm), C Shift (11:00 am – 06:00 am), D Shift (09:00 am – 5:30 pm, General shift)

Working Days – 6 Days (Rotational Off)

Location: Digwal (near to Zaheerabad) – Telangana
