Projects Instrumentation
Job Description:
1. Supervise electrical and instrumentation activities for multiple site projects, ensuring timely execution and compliance with project requirements.
2. Preparation of Electrical and Instrumentation Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
3. Inspect electrical and instrumentation equipment, materials, and accessories to ensure quality and specification compliance.
4. Support the preparation and review of validation documents, including URS, DQ, IQ, OQ, and PQ, for PLC and SCADA systems in Type-2 projects.
5. Installation of PCCs, MCCs, UPS, earth pits, cable trays, cable routing, and cable dressing as per standards.
6. Install and commissioning of safety instrumentation, including LEL detectors, oxygen analyzers, HCl gas detectors, toxic gas detectors, and flammable gas detection systems.
7. Installation and commissioning of Fire Alarm (FA) and Public Address (PA) systems.
8. Support the commissioning of utility systems, including Hot Water Systems, Vacuum Systems, Temperature Control Units (TCU), and other process equipment.
9. Perform troubleshooting, identify technical issues in electrical and instrumentation systems, and implement effective corrective actions.
10. Coordinate project handover activities and ensure smooth transition of completed projects to the Engineering & Maintenance (E&M) team.
11. Verify contractor bills, monitor project costs, and perform reconciliation for Type-2 projects.

Qualification – Diploma / B.Tech (Mechanical) for Projects , B.Tech (Instrumentation/ Electrical for projects electrical
Working Timing – Rotational 8 hours i.e. A Shift (06:00 am – 02:00 pm), B Shift (02:00 pm – 11:00 pm), C Shift (11:00 am – 06:00 am), D Shift (09:00 am – 5:30 pm, General shift)
Working Days – 6 Days (Rotational Off)
Location: Digwal (near to Zaheerabad) – Telangana
