Job Description:
Working Capital Operations
* Handle operational activities related to Working Capital products including:
* Cash Credit (CC)
* Overdraft (OD)
* Working Capital Demand Loans (WCDL)
* Bank Guarantees and Letters of Credit (where applicable)
* Verify compliance with sanction terms and credit conditions prior to disbursement.
* Coordinate with Credit, Legal, Sales, and External Vendors for timely processing.
* Thorough verification of loan, security, and disbursement documents as per sanction terms and bank policy.
* Scrutiny of borrower documents including:
* Constitutional documents (MOA, AOA, Partnership Deed, Trust Deed)
* KYC documents
* Board/Partner resolutions
* Identification and rectification of discrepancies before disbursement.
