ASST MANAGER SECURITY FOR STEEL PLANT - ASANSOL,WESTBENGAL
Job Description:
- Operations Oversight: “managing daily security operations, monitoring CCTV systems, supervising access control procedures, ensuring the proper functioning of security equipment”
- Team Supervision: Supervise, train, and coordinate security guards and emergency response teams to maintain high preparedness.
- Risk & Compliance: “Conduct regular risk assessments and threat analysis to identify vulnerabilities and recommend preventive measures” as outlined by Accor.
- Incident Response: Respond promptly to security breaches, conduct thorough investigations, and complete detailed incident reports.
- Liaison: Coordinate smoothly with external law enforcement, local administration, and security vendors.
- Experience: Typically requires 3 to 5 years of operational security experience, often with prior military or law enforcement backgrounds preferred.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with safety standards, technical security gadgets (CCTV, alarms), and local legal regulations.
- Skills: Strong crisis management, physical fitness, communication, and leadership capabilities.
