Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: “Maintaining adequate inventory levels; Issuing supplies and updating the ledger.” . Receive, inspect, and verify incoming deliveries against purchase orders.
- Stock Control & Auditing: Conduct regular physical stock-taking, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliations to prevent shortages or discrepancies.
- Record Keeping: Maintain up-to-date documentation of all stock receipts, dispatches, and requisitions using manual logs or inventory software (like SAP).
- Housekeeping & Safety: Ensure the warehouse or storage area remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety guidelines.
- Department Coordination: Liaise with purchasing, accounting, and user departments to process indents and fulfill material requirements.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: A high school diploma, or a preferred/ diploma in supply chain management, procurement, or purchasing.
- Experience: Generally 2 to 3 years of experience working in warehouse operations or inventory control.
- Technical Skills: Computer literacy, familiarity with inventory management software, and strong organizational abilities.
- Personal Attributes: High integrity, attention to detail, and good communication skills.
