Role Overview
We are looking for an Assistant Manager to manage end-to-end Loan/Lease Origination Operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of applications, documentation, contract activation, and payouts within defined SLA/TAT.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage loan/lease applications and ensure accurate verification of customer documents, KYC, and bank details.
- Review credit conditions, approvals, deal structures, and required documentation.
- Oversee preparation, verification, and coordination of contracts for timely execution and activation.
- Ensure completion of pre-disbursement checks and coordinate payout processing.
- Coordinate with Sales, Credit, Risk, Legal, and Finance teams for smooth transaction processing.
- Identify and resolve documentation gaps, discrepancies, and operational queries.
- Monitor SLA/TAT, quality, compliance, and First Time Right targets.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of records, reports, and transaction-related documentation.
- Support Sales teams with operational queries and drive process improvement and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 7–9 years of experience in Loan/Lending Operations, Leasing Operations, Loan Origination, Sales Support, or Shared Services.
- Strong experience in KYC, documentation, transaction processing, and contract activation.
- Good understanding of loan/lease processing and pre-disbursement activities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple transactions.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Excel and relevant business systems.
- Knowledge of CDD, compliance, fraud prevention, or risk controls will be an advantage.
- Ability to independently manage operational activities and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
