Operations Manager- Foods (Snacks) 3P (Contract Manufacturing), Bangalore

Job Description:

Job Summary:

We are looking for someone with hands on experience in food products manufacturing (especially snacks) responsible for streamlining third party operations executing business plans efficiently and driving targets

Responsibilities:

1. Managing third party operations including developing new third parties as per business requirements.
2. Planning production at third party to ensure stock availability at the same time maintaining freshness of stocks.
3. Controlling the cost of production in third party operations to ensure profitability of business.
4. Ensuring quality of production in third party manufacturing locations.
5. Managing team of production and quality personal involved in third party manufacturing.
6. Identifying bottlenecks and taking proactive actions to tackle them.
7. Perform time to time capacity planning to ensure there is always enough manufacturing capacity available.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree engineering, science or any related degree.
2. Hands on experience in food manufacturing within depth knowledge of efficient plant layout, machinery etc.
3. Capable to work in fast growing environment.
4. Additional knowledge of demand planning is an advantage.
5. Should have good communication and interpersonal skills.
