• About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious, high-energy sales and marketing professional to join our specialized Media, Entertainment & Sports (MES) insurance practice. In this role, you will drive business development, build strategic client relationships across film/OTT production houses, ad film production units, media and advertising agencies, event management firms, and sports leagues, positioning our tailored risk management solutions to key industry stakeholders.

• Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Client Acquisition
2. Identify and target growth opportunities across film & ad film productions, OTT platforms, media agencies, live events, sports tournaments, and talent management firms.
3. Drive end-to-end sales pipelines—from lead generation and cold outreach to client pitches, RFPs, and contract closures.
4. Pitch and structure specialized insurance solutions, including Production Insurance, Event Cancellation, General Liability, Errors & Omissions (E&O), Prize Indemnity, and Sports Personal Accident coverage.
5. Marketing & Brand Positioning
6. Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns to raise brand visibility across advertising agencies, media houses, and event networks.
7. Create high-impact presentation pitch decks, collateral, case studies, and proposal documents for prospective corporate clients.
8. Represent the firm at industry networking events, media summits, film festivals, and advertising/event expos to build strong business networks.
9. Account Management & Client Servicing
10. Serve as the key point of contact for onboarded clients, ensuring seamless execution of policies, endorsements, and renewals.
11. Collaborate with internal underwriting and technical teams to structure optimal coverage at competitive premiums.
12. Coordinate with the claims team to ensure swift settlement during loss events, strengthening client trust and retention.

• Candidate Profile & Skills Required
• Experience: 3 to 4 years of proven track record in Sales, Business Development, or Marketing.
• Preferred Industry Background: Experience in Events, Ad Film Production, Media Agencies, Advertising, Insurance Broking, or Sports Management.
• Education: Graduate or post-graduate degree in any discipline (BA, BMM, BBA, B.Com, MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Insurance Management).
• Industry Acumen: Strong familiarity with ad film shoots, event management lifecycles, campaign planning, or media agency workflows.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Relationship Management: Strong networking ability with the confidence to interact with producers, agency heads, event directors, and corporate brand managers.
