We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to provide strategic and execution leadership for our Mobile Banking platform. This role will drive large‑scale digital transformation initiatives, shape the long‑term product vision, and ensure delivery of secure, compliant, and customer‑centric solutions aligned with retail banking goals

Minimum Experience:

• 6–10 years of total experience, with 5+ years in product management within banking / financial services / regulated digital platforms.
• Proven experience leading large‑scale mobile or digital banking platforms.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex digital transformation programs.
• Hands‑on experience with customer journey design, UX‑driven product development, and data‑led decision‑
• Experience working with agile delivery models at scale (Scrum / SAFe / hybrid).

Education & Domain Knowledge

• Bachelor’s or Post‑Graduate degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline (minimum 50% marks).
• Strong understanding of retail banking products, payments, lending, deposits, servicing journeys, and emerging mobile banking trends.
• Strong awareness of regulatory and compliance requirements applicable to digital banking platforms.

Product & Execution Expertise

• Expertise in defining and owning product vision, strategy, and multi‑year roadmaps for mobile platforms.
• Advanced capability in authoring and validating BRDs, FSDs, PRDs, PRFs, and solution design documents.
• Strong grounding in UX principles, accessibility standards, and human‑centered design.
• Ability to translate business objectives into clear functional requirements and user stories.
• Experience working closely with technology, architecture, security, and integration teams.

Good to have Analytics & Decision-Making capabilities

• High proficiency in data analysis and KPI tracking to drive product decisions.
• Ability to define and monitor metrics such as adoption, engagement, conversion, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and prioritization skills.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

• Strong leadership capabilities with experience mentoring product managers and leading cross‑functional teams.
• Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, including business heads, technology leaders, compliance, and vendors.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
• Experience managing vendors, partners, and external agencies.

Tools & Ways of Working

• Hands‑on experience with product and project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Trello, MS Project, or equivalent.
• Strong familiarity with agile planning, backlog prioritization, sprint execution, and release governance.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a high‑stakes, regulated environment.

Key Deliverables / KRAs

• Product Vision & Roadmap Ownership: Contribute for the long‑term vision and roadmap for the Mobile Banking platform aligned with business strategy.
• Feature Delivery Excellence: Ensure timely and high‑quality delivery of complex features across releases while managing dependencies and constraints.
• Backlog & Priority Management: Own and continuously refine the product backlog to maximize customer and business impact.

• Customer Experience Leadership: Drive superior customer journeys across onboarding, servicing, and transaction flows.
• Performance & Adoption Tracking: Monitor feature performance using KPIs such as engagement, usage, conversion, and satisfaction metrics.
• Revenue & Value Realization: Build comprehensive business cases with financial projections, ROI analysis, and strategic impact assessment.

• Regulatory & Compliance Adherence: Ensure all product features comply with regulatory requirements, security standards, and internal policies.
• Risk Management: Proactively identify, document, and mitigate functional, technical, regulatory, and delivery risks across the product lifecycle.
• Audit & Control Readiness: Support internal and external audits through robust documentation and governance processes.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong alignment with business, technology, compliance, and operations teams through structured communication.
• Documentation Quality: Ensure the creation and validation of comprehensive Functional Specification Documents (FSD), Business Requirement Documents (BRD), and Project Request Forms (PRF). 
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Drive seamless coordination across design, development, testing, operations, and support teams.

• Testing & Sign‑off: Ensure thorough UAT, readiness reviews, and controlled production rollouts.
• Market & Competitor Benchmarking: Continuously evaluate competitor offerings and industry trends to maintain market leadership.
