Technician - Maintenance
Job Description:
- Perform mechanical maintenance and repair work on plant machinery and equipment.
- Attend breakdowns and carry out preventive maintenance activities.
- Installation, dismantling, alignment and maintenance of pumps, valves, gearboxes, agitators and other rotating equipment.
- Carry out piping maintenance, fitting and fabrication-related activities.
- Identify mechanical faults and troubleshoot equipment breakdowns.
- Handle tools and equipment safely while performing maintenance jobs.
- Follow preventive maintenance schedules and maintain equipment reliability.
- Support shutdown maintenance and plant maintenance activities.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and follow all safety procedures.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for smooth plant operations.
- Maintain maintenance records and report equipment issues to the supervisor.
